Bingen Point
104 acres comprised of a 22 acre boat basin, 52 developable acres, and 30 acres of lake and wetlands. Bingen Point is located on the Columbia River in Bingen, Washington. It is one mile east of the Hood River Bridge and approximately 60 miles east of Portland, Oregon. A master plan has been updated for Bingen Point, to provide for CC&Rs, uplands and marina development plans, and conservation of the Bingen Lake and wetlands. The Bingen Point property includes:
Building 1A - 11,520 sq. ft. facility with 2,560 sq. ft. bays.
Building 1B - 9,750 sq. ft. facility with 1,666 sq. ft. bays.
Building 1C - 960 sq. ft. facility.
Building 1D - 25,000 sq. ft. facility.
Building 1E - 18,000 sq. ft. facility.

660 acres. Located 82 miles east of Portland, Oregon and two miles north of The Dalles, Oregon, just east of The Dalles Bridge. All utilities are available on site.
